The most common question I get from Educators after they experience short, guided meditations, and a bit of neuroscience on what we’re doing and why it “works” is:

“How can I bring this to my students?”

Caring teachers and other school professionals want:

  • Students to experience the felt-sense of relief and well-being that the practices offer.
  • To be able to point students to their own inherent resources to feel well.
  • The sense of stability, security and well-being when we self-regulate and to learn more, and to extend it to youth.
