Engaging and Impactful Wellness Offerings
Anxiety, stress, and burnout are a part of real life.
It often starts in childhood, establishing ourselves in peer groups and navigating through school. Then, it continues to follow us into adulthood, affecting our relationships and careers.
It may feel like we can’t escape it.
But meditation is a practice we can embrace. Neuroscience supports how intentional and repetitive meditation can internally arm us to be better prepared for these challenging life moments.
At WorkWell, we’ve combined our deep understanding of neuroscience and carefully crafted meditation classes and wellness offerings to support staff, administrators, management, and community in all workplace settings.

to Meditation Practice
Classes On Your Own Time
Days are jam-packed with deadlines and classroom testing standards already. Many of us are time-poor as it is.
We get that.
And that’s why we make it a point for our classes to be accessible at a time that’s most convenient. Participants can plan ahead and join us for a class scheduled on our calendar, and replay options can be used conveniently at any time.
Participation can look like a variety of scenarios:
- Teachers, staff and administrators prioritizing wellness moments in the day
- Managers and employees sharing in the experience during an hour at work
- Participants viewing classes later in the comfort of their own homes, bringing their loved ones into the experience
Our main goal is to get you practicing wherever and whenever is best for you. View our calendar
Meditation and Wellness Plans Made Affordable
One-off classes and individual memberships can get costly. Individuals may not have the income to pay for these experiences.
But with WorkWell’s model inviting various clients to the same wellness and meditation classes ondemand or through online streaming, we make it affordable for schools and businesses to benefit from a lower price per person. And we make it easier for organizations to offer wellness and meditation as a continuous health benefit all year long.
Our commitment is to build awareness of these holistic practices and to make wellness activities available to as many individuals as possible. We know the positive impact it has on our relationships at work, school and home.
Consistent Practice Made Easy
We know having employees stay actively engaged is an ongoing pain point for HR departments.
And school systems struggle to have someone available to take on additional planning for activities that lie outside state-mandated requirements.
But we’re here to be your “easy” button.
WorkWell takes on the responsibility of employee and educator communication. When you move forward with WorkWell classes and programs, we use tools that keep track of engagement, finding ways to further encourage consistent practice.
Our classes and offerings are a two-way conversation where feedback is welcome and considered. We’re all ears for wish list topics that interest you and your organization.
Our meditation classes and wellness offerings are ever-evolving, giving special attention to the needs, demands, and interests of our clients.
